Job summary

A local accounting firm is seeking an individual to manage daily accounting tasks and assist in financial document preparation. Candidates should possess a minimum diploma in Accounting, Finance, or Business and be proficient in Microsoft Excel. Familiarity with UBS accounting software is preferred. Fluency in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin is also required. The role includes responsibilities such as payroll, maintaining records, and providing administrative support to the finance team.

Responsibilities
  • Handle daily accounting tasks including data entry & weekly sales report.
  • Assist in preparing financial documents, reports, and reconciliations.
  • Maintain proper filing of accounting records and documents.
  • Support month‑end and year‑end closing activities.
  • Provide general administrative support to the finance team, including preparation of tenancy agreements.
  • 1st half payroll & 2nd half payroll for staff salary.
