Job summary

A leading recruitment firm is seeking a candidate for data management and client liaison roles in Kuala Lumpur. This position is suitable for fresh graduates with a diploma in Accounting. Candidates must be proficient in MS Excel and possess strong organizational skills. Salary offered is between RM 3,000 and RM 4,000.

Key Responsibilities
  • Data Management: To retrieve and compile data from various sources and enter data into company systems
  • Client Liaison: Communicate effectively with clients to resolve accounting matters.
  • Sales Reporting: Assist in preparing and analyzing sales reports. Provide insights and updates on sales performance as required.
  • Invoice Management: Issue and process sales invoices in a timely manner.
  • Perform other ad-hoc tasks related to accounting and sales support as needed.
Job Requirements
  • Diploma in Accounting or related fields is required. Fresh graduates are welcome.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel is a must together with other computer applications.
  • Preferred with data entry experiences.
  • Must be self-motivated, reliable, mature, with integrity and great willingness to learn and grow with the company.
  • Candidate must have strong organizational and time management abilities and able to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Remuneration

RM 3,000 - RM 4,000

Work Hours

Monday - Friday | 10am - 7pm
