Job summary

A leading dental distributor in Kuala Lumpur is looking for an ACCOUNT & ADMIN EXECUTIVE to manage full accounts for multiple companies. Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or equivalent and at least 2 years of experience in accounting. Responsibilities include preparing financial statements, handling accounts payable and receivable, and ensuring accurate financial reporting. The ideal candidate should be proficient in Microsoft Office and accounting software, with strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

POSITION: ACCOUNT & ADMIN EXECUTIVE

Job Description

Full Set of Accounts Management: Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements, including balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and etc. for multiple companies.

Ensure that all transactions are properly recorded, classified, and summarized in accordance with standard accounting practices.

Perform monthly and year-end account closing processes, ensuring accuracy and timely reporting.

Perform regular reconciliation of bank accounts, receivables, payables, and inter-company transaction to ensure the accuracy and completeness of records.

Independently manage accounting and management reports, ensuring deadlines are met with minimal supervision

Handle daily accounting transactions, including Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).

Ensure timely and accurate entry of AR & AP transactions into the accounting system.

Assist external auditors tax agents, and regulatory reporting by providing required documentation and schedules.

Support and checking E-invoicing transaction for few internal companies.

To perform any other duties that may be assigned by the Finance Supervisor and Finance Supervisor from time to time with relates to Accounts & Financial roles.

Job Requirement

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy or equivalent.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and accounting software.

At least 2 years’ experience for this position.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Able to work independently, multi-task and support team members.

Responsible, organized, detail-oriented and able to meet deadlines.
