  • Client Relationship Management:
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs, business goals, and challenges.
    • Serve as the main point of contact for key accounts, addressing queries, providing updates, and resolving issues promptly.
  • Sales and Business Development:
    • Identify opportunities for upwelling and cross-selling additional products and services to existing clients.
    • Develop and implement strategies to expand the company's footprint within key accounts and achieve sales targets.
  • Account Planning and Strategy:
    • Create and execute strategic account plans that align with the company's objectives and the client's needs.
    • Monitor account performance and adjust strategies as needed to ensure client satisfaction and business growth.
  • Project Coordination:
    • Work closely with internal teams (e.g., engineering, production, supply chain) to ensure seamless delivery of products and services.
    • Coordinate and oversee project milestones, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery of solutions.
