Job Description

• Develop and implement test systems for PCBA and finished products (ICT, FCT, etc.).
• Set up, validate, and release test stations for production use.
• Analyze test coverage and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Troubleshoot test failures and support root cause analysis.
• Maintain and update test documentation (procedures, work instructions, etc.).
• Manage test program version control and release tracking.
• Drive improvements in test yield, cycle time, and tester stability.
• Reduce test cost through automation and test optimization.
• Train technicians and operators on test processes and troubleshooting.
• Support new product introduction (NPI) and pilot production runs.
• Collaborate with R&D, Quality, and Production teams on test-related matters.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and customer requirements.
• Interface with customers on technical test matters and reporting.
• Participate in internal reviews, audits, and continuous improvement activities.

Job Requirements

• Bachelors Degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Minimum 35 years of experience in PCBA test engineering (ICT, FCT, etc.).
• Hands-on experience with In-Circuit Test (ICT) and Functional Circuit Test (FCT) systems.
• Proficient in test software/tools such as:
  • labVIEW.
  • Visual Basic / C / C++.
  • TestStand or similar platforms.
  • Scripting languages (e Phython).
• Ability to interpret circuit schematics, diagrams, and test specs.
• Knowledge of diagnostic tools and troubleshooting techniques for electronics.
• Knowledge of ISO 13485, ISO 9001, or related standards is a plus.
• Able to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
