  • Sourcing and Purchasing:
    • Identify and evaluate potential suppliers and vendors.
    • Negotiate contracts, terms, and conditions with suppliers to secure favorable terms.
    • Place orders and manage the procurement of materials and services
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers.
  • Monitor supplier performance and address any issues or discrepancies.

    • Track inventory levels and forecast future needs.
    • Collaborate with the inventory team to ensure optimal stock levels and reduce excess inventory.
  • Cost Management:
