Job description

We are seeking a talented and creative 3D Designer to join our team. This individual will be responsible for developing and executing design and build ideas for exhibitions, events, and festive installations from conceptualization through to the production stage and site execution. As a 3D Designer, you will work closely with clients and internal teams to bring concepts to life, ensuring alignment with brand expectations and creative direction.

Develop and execute innovative exhibition, event, and festive design concepts from the initial idea through to final production.

Work on spatial concepts, detailed space planning, sketches, and 3D visualization to bring the design vision to life.

Conduct material research, explore new design possibilities, and create detailed design specifications that inform the build and production process.

Oversee the design process from concept to final artwork, ensuring the designs meet all client requirements, timelines, and quality standards.

Collaborate closely with internal teams and clients to deliver design solutions that align with the client's brand expectations and creative goals.

Continuously refine designs throughout the process, making adjustments on-site as needed to ensure the final product meets expectations.

Plan and design event interiors according to the creative direction provided by the client, ensuring a cohesive and visually appealing space.

Carry out additional design tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the Head of Department, ensuring smooth workflow and project delivery.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in 3D design, with a strong portfolio showcasing interior design, exhibition, event, and festive design work.

Proficiency in 3D design software (e.g., AutoCAD and SketchUp is a MUST) and rendering software.

A keen eye for detail and the ability to refine designs continuously throughout the process.

Knowledge of design trends and innovative materials in the events and exhibition industry.

Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and handling changes in scope.

Able to work independently and self-discipline person.

Team player and strives to constantly go Above & Beyond.

Possess own transport.
