A multinational technology provider in Malaysia is seeking an Operations Engineering Associate to enhance manufacturing processes. Responsibilities include analyzing customer changes, managing BOM accuracy, and leading meetings. The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor's degree in Engineering and have a strong willingness to learn. This is an entry-level role requiring onsite availability for a one-year contract. As an Operations Engineering Associate at Celestica, you are responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing manufacturing processes to meet quality, cost, and delivery goals. A primary focus of this role is managing the Engineering Change (EC) process, ensuring seamless implementation of changes from both customers and internal teams.
