Responsibilities

• Coordinate event logistics including registration, travel, lodging, catering, shipping, and on-site support.
• Maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and checklists for assigned events.
• Support agenda execution and run-of-show documentation.
• Manage speaker logistics, communications, and prep materials.
• Coordinate with vendors such as venues, AV, production, and catering partners.
• Track contracts, Pos, invoices, and payments in partnership with AP and Finance.
• Support sponsor and partner deliverables as needed.
• Manage event tools like survey monkey and others.
• Track attendee data, session attendance, and engagement metrics.
• Maintain organized event documentation.
• Provide on-site execution support.
• Collect and organize post-event data and feedback.
• Support post-event reporting and recap materials.
• Document learnings and process improvements.
