Job Description

It’s an exciting time to be part of the IFF family! We are looking for a Dairy Technical Service Manager for our industry-leading Dairy Team! This position is responsible for providing technical service to customers through on-site and virtual engagements related to product/plant troubleshooting, technical trainings, new concept presentations, and to provide various other technical support for our customers. This position is focused on providing best-in‑class support to our customers and working with the Commercial team to identify and develop new business. The selected candidate will be an extension of the Sales and Creation & Design teams, helping execute the sales strategy and bring solutions to our Dairy customers. A Dairy Technical Service manager is expected to collaborate with all internal departments within IFF to help various Business Units and customers achieve their goals. This position is located in Mexico City.

In This Role You Will

• Provide technical support to troubleshoot issues, either virtually or on‑site
• Provide technical trainings covering our products and manufacturing processes to customers.
• Commercialize new solutions and support plant trials.
• Coordinate with the C&D team to provide analytical and lab support.
• Present/promote product lines in conjunction with the Commercial team articulating the value proposition to customers.
• Identify key target accounts and work with the Commercial team to develop a plan to engage and win.
• Identify and develop new opportunities with customers
• Promote the IFF portfolio with an emphasis on Stabilizers, Ingredients, and Flavors.
• Achieve sales revenue and gross profit targets for the business units.
• Work closely with Business Units to develop short and long‑term strategies to achieve sales growth.

Job Qualifications

• Stabilizers, ingredients, flavors, and manufacturing process knowledge in Dairy
• Demonstrated success in developing/executing a sales strategy.
• Technical expertise and excellent presentation skills.
• Industry/customer knowledge in the Dairy Industry.
• Sales or applicable R&D experience in the Dairy Industry.
• Ability to travel up to 75% of the time.
• Food or Dairy Science degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
