A Virtual Assistant Staffing Company is seeking a Chief Sales and Marketing professional to lead strategies and drive sales growth remotely. Candidates must have a strong background in sales and marketing, preferably in virtual assistance, along with excellent English skills. The role includes managing the sales team, analyzing market trends, and achieving sales objectives, with compensation starting at MXN $15,000 monthly and potential bonuses reaching up to MXN $100,000.
Job Title: Chief Sales and Marketing
Location: Remote but prefer Guadalarja or willing to travel to GDL.
Base Starts at: $15,000 MXN per month, and every month you hit the target sales, you will receive a 5,000 raise until you are at 30,000 per month.
Bonus: eaqul to first month service fee of the new client: between $25,000 - 50,000 MXN per contract.
Must Speak and write engilish very well.
