What You’ll Build

The SAP Mexico Next Gen program is a global-minded, strategic, paid graduate program that provides recent university graduates with opportunities to find purpose in their careers. This is more than a graduate program, it’s the foundation for a career built on connection, creativity, and impact.

Location: Monterrey, Mexico

Expected Start: February 2026

Duration: 24 Months

Key Responsibilities

• Learn SAP technologies (ABAP, HANA etc), Cloud platforms (SAP DCs, AWS, Azure, GCP), and Enterprise Solutions
• Opportunity to work on cutting‑edge technologies across cloud and enterprise IT
• Core skills in customer centricity, communication, and project management with exposure to global customers, projects, and delivery models
• Require certifications for your chosen career path within ECS
• Collaborate with global teams in a dynamic, customer‑focused environment
• Develop the technical and functional knowledge required to support business‑critical landscapes
• Contribute to innovation with a culture of collaboration and learning, simplification, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Clear career progression with multiple role pathways in ECS.
• Monitoring of operational dashboards.
• Ensure KPI adherence.
• Alerts and monitoring.

• Fresh graduates or early career professionals with a bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, IT, or related fields
• Strong interest in Cloud Technologies, Enterprise Solutions, and IT operations
• Foundational understanding of IT, databases, operating systems, or cloud concepts (preferred)
• Excellent communication skills and a customer‑first mindset
• Ability to work in a global team environment with curiosity, adaptability, and problem‑solving skills
• Willingness to learn continuously and pursue required certifications and engage in continuous learning to stay abreast of evolving technologies and industry best practices.
