This hybrid role requires an exceptional individual to manage complex logistics, prioritize tasks, and deploy solutions across various projects. The ideal candidate should have over 3 years of experience supporting C-level executives, demonstrate excellent organizational skills, and be proficient in modern communication tools. A flexible availability to support the CEO across time zones is essential.
Formación
3+ years of experience as Executive Assistant or supporting C-level executives preferred.
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
Expert in project management software and tech-savvy.
Responsabilidades
Attend key meetings and draft concise notes including action items.
Conduct comprehensive research to identify and vet partners.
Manage the CEO's email and draft prioritized communications.
Track vendor lifecycle and assist with financial audits.
Handle personal health and wellness management.
