A full-time commitment and the ability to work during weekends and holidays are required.

Formación

• 5-8 years retail supervisory experience; luxury a plus.
• Ability to work varied schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Proactive attitude and excellent interpersonal skills.

Responsabilidades

• Drive the achievement of store’s sales and KPI targets.
• Ensure the exceptional client experience is provided.
• Train and develop sales executives in all aspects of the business.
• Maintain compliance with all policies and procedures.
• Be the primary contact for store and corporate communications.
