In this role, you will work with cross functional areas including but not limited to Data, Product, Commercial teams to leverage data insights to locate the most suitable business solutions for restaurant operations.

• Responsible for generating data insights for better decision‑making for in‑restaurant and user strategies and campaigns. Analyze operational campaign performance, evaluate business target achievements, and deliver clear inputs for decision‑making.
• Proactively understand our restaurant and user database, analyze data from different perspectives and dimensions, and always look for the most suitable solution to consolidate data into valuable insights.
• Be able to propose actions based on data insights and lead or push for changes in relevant areas.

• 5+ years experience in business analytics or strategy planning. Data analytics skills including SQL (Advanced), Python and dashboard tools, are necessary for this role.
• Analysis/project involving break down big & ambiguous goal to data metrics
• Fluent English as working language.
• Sense of responsibility. Target oriented. Experience with project management or cross‑team collaboration.
• Preferred but not required: attribution analysis, causal inference, forecasting and cost improvement.
