Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines using Databricks.
• Integrate Databricks workflows into broader application architecture.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver cloud‑native solutions.
• Implement application features using AWS services and Python.
• Ensure code quality through reviews, testing, and CI/CD practices.
• Troubleshoot and optimize performance across data and application layers.
• Maintain documentation and contribute to agile ceremonies.

Skills

Must have

• Databricks experience, including project or engagement.
• Proficient in data engineering workflows, notebooks, and Spark‑based processing within Databricks.
• AWS Full Stack Development experience.
• AWS Certified (Foundational or Associate level).
• Hands‑on with EC2, Lambda, S3, and Python‑based development.
• Experience building and deploying applications on AWS.
• Familiarity with GitLab for version control and Jira for agile project tracking.
