Description

Hybrid role: This position requires to work 3 days on site 2 days at home remote on a full-time basis KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES Assist in the planning, creation, and execution of campaigns, including digital and social media, ensuring content is inclusive and resonates with target audiences Oversee the day-to-day management of social projects, ensuring timelines are met, budgets are adhered to, POs are created and managed, and goals are achieved. Work closely with creative excellence team and agencies to develop compelling social copy, visuals, and other content that aligns with the brand’s voice and objectives. Conduct research to identify target audiences, market trends, and competitor activities, providing insights to inform advertising strategies. Liaise with external vendors, such as agencies and production companies, to ensure smooth execution of advertising activities. Assist in managing the production budget, tracking expenditures, and ensuring cost-effective use of resources. Ensure all advertising materials comply with legal standards, industry regulations, and brand guidelines. Partner with agency Project Management/Account teams, to lead the definition of deliverables and project schedules Track and manage talent, music and licensing rights Implement and adhere to GM process and enforce it within the team and agency partners Oversee and authorize purchase orders (POs) as part of managing marketing campaigns Monitor and uphold project budgets to ensure financial adherence and efficiency Verify that project briefs are approved and align with budget

Additional DescriptionESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related field 5+ years of marketing experience required Strong project management abilities with attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in advertising platforms, digital marketing tools, and analytics software Creative thinking with a strong understanding of branding and visual communication. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions, coupled with a commitment to continuous learning and improvement Experience with both traditional and digital advertising channels.
