Here’s what you need to know about this position:

• Own the design of high-performing, interactive websites that merge visual storytelling with measurable business outcomes.
• Own the creation and evolution of design systems to ensure design consistency across projects.
• Design, prototype, and animate advanced digital experiences, using tools like Figma, or After Effects to bring motion and interaction to life.
• Collaborate closely with developers and Webflow specialists to translate high-fidelity designs and motion into pixel-perfect, production-ready sites.
• Define and implement token systems for color and design cohesion.
• Present and defend design concepts to clients, connecting design rationale with brand strategy and user goals.
• Mentor mid-level and junior designers, fostering quality, process improvements, and shared standards across the design team.
• Champion design quality and innovation, setting the client’s creative benchmarks and pushing the limits of what’s possible on the web.
• Stay ahead of evolving web trends, interaction patterns, accessibility standards, and design technology, helping N4 remain at the forefront of digital design.

• 5+ years of experience in web design and branding, preferably within a digital studio or agency environment.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma, including design systems, component libraries, and prototyping.
• Experience with Webflow, understanding both its creative possibilities and technical limitations.
• Strong skills in high-end prototyping and motion design, you understand how animation can enhance UX and elevate brand storytelling.
• Deep understanding of UI/UX principles, accessibility, and responsive design.
• Strong grasp of token systems and scalable design practices for large or multi-brand ecosystems.
• Confident communicator who can present work, justify design decisions, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Proven experience managing multiple projects, balancing creative exploration with delivery.
• A portfolio showcasing cutting-edge web design, system thinking, motion, and interaction design.
