Remote Sales Operations Manager – High-Ticket

Location: Remote from Latin America
Position Type: Full-time
Salary: $1,700 - 2,800 USD/month depending on experience paid via Wise or PayPal
Schedule: Monday–Friday, flexible with at least 5 hours of overlap with Pacific Time

Our Client

Our client is a U.S.-based, high-ticket service business (average sale $10K+) looking for a sharp Sales Operations Manager to own the back-end of their sales system. You will be the execution engine that keeps deals moving, follow-ups tight, and reps accountable and handling sales calls when needed.

Responsibilities
  • Manage CRM (HubSpot/Pipedrive)
  • Monitor sales rep activity, follow-ups, and lead progression
  • Reassign or follow up on leads if reps go dark
  • Maintain clean pipeline data and task tracking
  • Prep rep call sheets + summarize daily status
  • Build weekly sales performance reports
  • Suggest and implement workflow improvements
Qualifications, Skills, and Key Competencies
  • 2+ years in sales operations, CRM management, or sales support
  • Fluent English — both written and verbal (C1+)
  • Strong organizational skills — must love clean systems
  • Excellent communicator — fluent in English, both written and spoken
  • Ability to personally execute sales calls when needed
