Position Overview:
We are looking for a Salesforce Consultant with strong expertise in the Salesforce ecosystem, including Lightning, Apex, Integrations, and Visualforce. The ideal candidate will be proactive, self-motivated, and able to work both independently and collaboratively to deliver high-quality Salesforce solutions aligned with business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Implement and maintain Salesforce platform components including Lightning, Apex, and Visualforce.
Manage Salesforce Administrator and Platform Developer certifications to ensure best practices.
Collaborate on system integrations and support data and process modeling efforts.
Apply governance and best practices for Salesforce implementations and workflows.
Support data analytics initiatives, including exposure to ETL tools.
Work closely with Finance or FinTech teams to tailor Salesforce solutions to industry requirements.
Utilize Java experience for integration or custom development when needed.
Qualifications:
Advanced degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, or similar technical field.
Minimum 2 years of experience with Salesforce technologies: Lightning, Apex, Integrations, Visualforce.
Salesforce Administrator and Platform Developer certifications (completed or in progress).
Experience with data modeling and process modeling tools.
Exposure to Java and ETL tools is a plus.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Self-directed, motivated, and effective at building consensus to meet deadlines.
