Job summary
A leading global customer experience firm is seeking an experienced Senior AI Deployment Manager to ensure the successful deployment of AI products within client environments. The role involves managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders and requires expertise in project management, particularly with Smartsheet. Candidates should have extensive experience in software deployments in enterprise environments, working within a remote-first team structure. - 8+ years of experience in project management or customer success roles, ideally within a startup or tech environment.
- Proven track record managing software deployments into enterprise environments, preferably in AI, SaaS, or IT consulting.
- Fluent in English; additional languages a plus.
Responsibilities
- Lead the deployment of AI software solutions across global client operations.
- Own project planning and tracking using Smartsheet.
- Act as the bridge between internal product teams and client stakeholders.
- Identify project risks and manage dependencies.
- Support client readiness for go-live planning.
- Ensure compliance with client security and privacy requirements.
