Daily Responsibilities of a Referral Specialist:
- Team member work a fax queue building auths and answering phone calls in-between
Schedule: M-F 8am-5pm MST with some weekend responsibilities
Pay: 18-25/hr (weekly pay)
Length of Assignment:Contract
- 6 months
Requirements of a Referral Specialist:
- HS Diploma or GED
- 1+ year of customer service experience in a medical setting verifying benefits or completing prior authorizations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and be a team player
- Familiar working with metrics/ goals
- Strong phone, computer and typing skills
