With a busy schedule managing multiple deals and investments, the client seeks to provide exceptional service to buyers, sellers, and renters. Utilizing advanced CRM tools and marketing strategies, the client focuses on efficiency, organization, and seamless property transactions.

Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support a busy real estate business. This role primarily involves administrative support, task and email management, CRM system upkeep, and light marketing duties. The ideal candidate is tech-savvy, organized, and eager to learn about the real estate industry. Strong English communication skills are required, and Spanish proficiency is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide backend administrative support to ensure business efficiency.
  • Manage emails, tasks, and schedules efficiently.
  • Organize and maintain records in the Follow-Up Boss CRM system.
  • Assist with light marketing tasks, including social media posts and content scheduling.
  • Learn and adapt to real estate industry processes and best practices.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and clients as needed.

Technical & Soft Skills Requirements:

  • Strong proficiency in English (written and verbal); Spanish is a plus.
  • Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn new systems (Follow-Up Boss CRM experience preferred but not required).
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow processes.

Candidate Preferences:

  • Preferred candidates from Latin America for better time zone alignment, but open to other regions.
