A healthcare staffing company is looking for a Remote Referral Specialist based in Mexico. The ideal candidate will provide top-tier service to patients, manage authorizations, and work in a fast-paced environment. Applicants should have at least one year of customer service experience in a medical setting and possess solid phone and typing skills. This position offers a competitive salary of $18-25/hr, with a Monday to Friday schedule from 8 am to 5 pm MST.

Daily Responsibilities of a Referral Specialist:
- Team member work a fax queue building auths and answering phone calls in-between
Schedule: M-F 8am-5pm MST with some weekend responsibilities
Pay: 18-25/hr (weekly pay)
Length of Assignment:Contract

Requirements of a Referral Specialist:
- HS Diploma or GED
- 1+ year of customer service experience in a medical setting verifying benefits or completing prior authorizations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and be a team player
- Familiar working with metrics/ goals
- Strong phone, computer and typing skills
