We are expanding our North America operations and seeking a motivated, ambitious Account Executive to join our sales team. The role involves closing high-value clients and growing the North America market. Fluency in Spanish and some experience in B2B sales across Latin America are highly desirable.

Job Responsibilities:
  1. Acquire high-quality new clients through outbound strategies and cross-sell/upsell to existing clients with consultative sales.
  2. Identify business opportunities with mid- to large-sized companies, enterprises, and venture-backed startups; meet and exceed sales targets.
  3. Manage the full sales cycle: lead generation, prospecting, qualifying, discovery, objection handling, negotiation, and closing.
  4. Provide feedback to management and product teams to improve Jeeves’ platform and services.
  5. Collaborate with marketing and customer success teams to develop materials and increase conversion rates.
  6. Build a seamless, value-driven client experience working directly with business owners to support their financial goals.
  7. Work with regional managers to develop and surpass quota targets.
Requirements:
  • 6+ years of experience in sales or business development.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish, with experience in North America and Latin America B2B sales.
  • Top-tier consulting or investment banking experience early in career; startup, fintech, payments, or cross-border experience preferred but not required.
  • Highly motivated, results-oriented, with an existing network of B2B relationships with mid- to large-sized businesses and startups.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging with CFOs, partners, and business owners.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Willingness to learn and contribute to a high-performing sales team.
  • Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Hubspot, Pipedrive).
