You will develop a strong pipeline of leads, manage customer expectations, and collaborate with teams to deliver solutions. The ideal candidate has over 5 years of experience in Pega sales and excellent communication skills. This is a remote work position located in Mexico.

Formación

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and pursue sales strategies aimed towards finding new business opportunities in your region, hunt large accounts, create a pipeline of qualified leads according to the company targets, and turn them into proposals and contracts
  • Develop comprehensive account plans to gain a deep understanding of the prospect's needs and priorities, and ultimately provide workable solutions
  • Management of customer expectations and contract compliance, addendums, and amendments
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure customer requirements are met
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, technologies, and competitive landscape.

Requirements:

  • Over 5 years of experience in selling Pega (Pegasystems) technicalsolutions
  • Able to synthesize essential concepts during presentations and customize them to align with the clientneeds
  • Being able to understand and explain technical terms in way that is easy to understand byclient executives
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
  • Ability to negotiate commercial contracts
  • Excellent communication skills and empathy, able to understand the needs of customers and know how to communicate them
  • Proven track record of success driving deals through prospecting, discovery, solution proposal, negotiation, and closing new business
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
