Job summary
A leading agribusiness platform is seeking an Immigration Case Manager to manage visa processes for agricultural and non-agricultural workers. The role involves ensuring compliance, preparing documentation, and advocating for clients. Ideal candidates will have robust experience in visa filing, superior communication skills, and a passion for improving the lives of workers in the agricultural sector. This position offers compensation up to $80,000 annually, reflecting personal experience and market factors.
Qualifications
- 2+ years experience filing and/or overseeing visa petitions.
- Experience in agriculture and/or startup environment preferred.
- Demonstrable interest in agriculture and improving lives of farmers.
Responsibilities
- Manage a diverse portfolio of visa cases efficiently.
- Collect and prepare documentation for various cases.
- Communicate with State Agencies and USCIS on behalf of clients.
