Position Title: Property Manager (Senior Level)
Remote in LATAM (MST)
Salary Range: $2,000 - $2,500 USD monthly

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and highly accountable Property Care Manager to oversee all property maintenance, inspections, and issue resolution across our rental portfolio. This is a senior-level position requiring strong ownership, critical thinking, and proactive problem-solving skills. The ideal candidate will work independently with minimal need for micromanagement while ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and thoroughly.
Key Responsibilities
- Property Maintenance Coordination: Manage and coordinate all maintenance activities including annual inspections (furnace checks, AC checks), repairs, and preventative maintenance across 100+ properties
- Inspection Management: Oversee inspection follow-ups through Breezeway scheduling software after each checkout; track and manage all reported issues from inspections
- Issue Resolution & Tracking: Take ownership of maintenance issues, track progress, ensure timely resolution, and close out tickets with documentation
- Insurance Claims: File and manage insurance claims with Rental Guardian, including uploading photos, invoices, and detailed explanations
- Task Execution & Follow-up: Independently manage task lists, follow up on outstanding items, close communication loops, and proactively notify management when tasks are complete
- Vendor Coordination: Collaborate with maintenance vendors and contractors to ensure timely completion and quality service delivery
- Software Management: Utilize Breezeway (scheduling), Monday.com (task tracking), and Rental Guardian (insurance management) to maintain organized operations
Required Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 5+ years of property management experience
- Seniority Level: Senior-level background demonstrating system-building, process development, and task follow-up capabilities
- Accountability: Proven track record of ownership and accountability with minimal need for supervision
- Problem-Solving: Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills; ability to troubleshoot independently and find solutions beyond surface-level issues
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Proactivity: Self-motivated with ability to anticipate issues, follow up without prompting, and close loops independently
- Fast-Paced Environment: Experience managing rapid property turnover (3-4 day cycles) and handling time-sensitive maintenance issues
- Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with short-term or mid-term rental property management
- Familiarity with Breezeway, Monday.com, or similar property management software
- Experience filing insurance claims and managing vendor relationships
- Experience managing distributed teams or working with virtual assistants
