Define and own the product vision and strategy, ensuring alignment with business growth.
Build, refine, and prioritize the product roadmap, balancing short-term priorities with long-term opportunities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, operations, business) to identify challenges and deliver impactful solutions.
Lead the development of prototypes and pilots to validate new ideas.
Integrate AI and data-driven features to enhance efficiency and performance.
Establish and track product metrics, ensuring transparency with stakeholders.
Act as a connector across teams, building trust and driving alignment.
6+ years of proven experience in product management.
Strong background leading product lifecycle and strategy in technology-driven environments.
Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience with data analysis and AI-enabled tools.
Advanced English proficiency.
Knowledge or previous experience in the healthcare industry is a strong plus.
Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field.
