A global technology leader is seeking an experienced Engineering Manager in Monterrey, MX. The role involves leading end-of-line testing for thermal handling equipment and improving product quality through data analysis and cross-functional collaboration. Ideal candidates possess a degree in Mechanical Engineering, strong fluid mechanics knowledge, and proficiency in LabView. Job Summary: We are looking for a strategic and results-oriented Engineering Manager with extensive experience leading end-of-line (EOL) testing for complex air and liquid thermal handling equipment. Proven expertise in developing comprehensive test strategies, driving automation with advanced DAQ systems, and fostering technical excellence within multidisciplinary engineering teams. Adept at leveraging data analysis and cross-functional collaboration to enhance product quality, improve manufacturing yields (FTT/FTY), and support large-scale continuous improvement initiatives. We can hire in Nove Mesto, Ironton, OH, Monterrey or Reynosa, MX.
Works with engineers, managers and directors in application engineering, design engineering, marketing and eCommerce. This position may also interface with Marketing Service, Product Managers & Strategic Marketing, Sales, Customers, Customer Service Group, and other users as required by the specific project.
