The Digitalization CIP Engineer is responsible for leading the development and implementation of digital solutions that enhance the shopfloor Continuous Improvement Process (CIP).
This role focuses on automating KPI reporting, creating reliable and robust dashboards, and eliminating manual data collection errors.
Additionally, the position drives digital initiatives to support daily leadership routines (communication, process confirmation, quick reaction, and problem solving), making the plant operations more lean, efficient, and data-driven.
