This position requires an individual who has previous employee and labor relations experience as well as recruitment, payroll, administration of benefits, onboarding process, and strong communication (written/verbal) and interpersonal skills that enables the individual to work successfully on a broad spectrum of employee relations and site support issues and projects. Also, this position supports other remote locations and may need to travel and work from those locations.
This position will play a key role in the operational management of the department, supporting processes related to labor relations, benefits administration, payroll processes (TRESS), maintaining updated our HR information systems (WorkDay), and day to day employee support for our Commercial and Supply Chain teams.
