With a salary of $1,800 monthly plus a 20% discretionary bonus, this role comes with the opportunity to grow alongside experienced sourcers in a supportive environment. Ideal candidates will have at least 2 years of recruiting experience, excellent English skills, and proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience as a recruiter or talent sourcer.
- Stable internet connection and fast personal laptop is required.
- Available for full-time (8 hours per day, 40 hrs per week).
