A dynamic recruiting startup is seeking a remote Sourcer to join its innovative team. You will collaborate daily with teammates, focusing on recruiting talent for a diverse range of major US companies. With a salary of $1,800 monthly plus a 20% discretionary bonus, this role comes with the opportunity to grow alongside experienced sourcers in a supportive environment. Ideal candidates will have at least 2 years of recruiting experience, excellent English skills, and proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter.
