A dynamic recruiting startup is seeking a remote Sourcer to join its innovative team. You will collaborate daily with teammates, focusing on recruiting talent for a diverse range of major US companies. With a salary of $1,800 monthly plus a 20% discretionary bonus, this role comes with the opportunity to grow alongside experienced sourcers in a supportive environment. Ideal candidates will have at least 2 years of recruiting experience, excellent English skills, and proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter.

Formación

  • 2+ years of experience as a recruiter or talent sourcer.
  • Stable internet connection and fast personal laptop is required.
  • Available for full-time (8 hours per day, 40 hrs per week).

Role

As a sourcer, you will :

  • Join daily huddles with your teammates and manager

Minimum Requirements :
  • 2+ years of experience as a recruiter or talent sourcer
  • Experience with Linkedin Recruiter or Linkedin Sales Navigator
  • Experience using contact finding and outreach automation software
  • Excellent written English skills
  • Available for full-time (8 hours per day, 40hrs per week)
  • Has stable internet connection and fast personal laptop
