• The compliance team plays very important role in FinTech organization.


• The team will be responsible with regulatory onsite-examination, and


• providing the detailed advisory on how to implement reg.requirements within systems.

• This role will be responsible to design the AML program


• provide AML advisory, and knows various systems and technological solutions


• work with product and tech team to implement the regulatory requirements within the systems from end to end


• This role should also be able to communicate effectively with the regulators, such as CNBV and Banxico.

• CNBV certified AML Officer


• Track records on designing AML program from ground 0, end to end


• 7+ years direct AML experience with heavy experience on various systems and technological solutions


• Fluent communication in English


• Prior Sofipo experience is a plus
