A leading recruitment agency is looking for a Remote Dispatcher & Scheduler to manage appointment scheduling for a mobile auto glass repair company. The ideal candidate must have extensive experience in dispatching, be fluent in English and Spanish, and have excellent attention to detail. This position is full-time and offers a salary of $1,500 USD/month with the flexibility of working from home in Latin America.

Formación

• Extensive experience in scheduling or dispatching is crucial.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate with customers and technicians to schedule appointments.
• Source parts and build efficient daily routes for technicians.
• Confirm customer appointments to minimize cancellations.
