Enhance the team's capacity to deliver assigned stories by end of sprint.
"I spend a lot of the sprint planning and delegating technical work for other devs, anticipating how to deliver as much value for the client via efficiency and tech debt prevention. This has the added benefit of allowing assigned devs to grow technically while also reducing as many unknowns as possible in the cone of uncertainty. It's my job to keep in sync with delivery leads on priorities, team allocation, risks, etc, as well as act as the technical interface for the client to help guide them without overloading them with technical jargon."
