We're looking for a talented Product Designer with strong UX and UI skills to join our team and help our clients build incredible solutions to meet their goals and visions. In this role, you will work on a variety of design projects, from web, mobile apps to brand identity. You should have an in-depth understanding of user experience and be able to create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that ensure success.

Responsibilities

• Working closely with product designers, localization specialists, and QA engineers to refine and implement new ideas, rapidly taking them from concept to release.
• Building both quick prototypes and robust production systems.
• Planning and coordinating with backend engineers to design APIs and infrastructure.
• Developing testing strategies to ensure the quality of your work.

Ideal Qualifications

• 3-5 years in professional software engineering roles.
• Built complex web-based products from scratch.
• Experience working closely with designers, you speak their language, share their values and are familiar with Figma.
• Experience working on a variety of projects. You've got breadth to go with your depth.
• Exceptional communication skills, with an aptitude to convey clear thoughts and ideas.
• English level — ability to communicate verbally with English-speaking clients and co-workers.
• Worked in a startup environment. You're comfortable with ambiguity and change.
• Delivered on ambitious goals. At the end of the day, you're a doer.

Additional Information

The Frontend Developer role is a full-time, 6 month contract position initially reporting to a Sora Union Co-Founder, with a direct working relationship with the engineering leader at the client the team is embedded with. This role is a distributed position, and can be based in any location. Sora Union operates independently in association with All Turtles. We work with a variety of partners and clients, some inside the All Turtles product studio as well as external companies.
