A logistics technology company in Mexico City is seeking detail-oriented individuals to support remote assistance operations for autonomous robots. This on-site role involves monitoring systems, troubleshooting issues, and collaborating with various teams. Ideal candidates are proactive and hold a High School Diploma, with strong technical and communication skills. The position requires flexible availability, including nights and weekends.

We’re looking for detail-oriented and proactive individuals to support our remote assistance operations. This role is required to be 100% on-site, since the technology required can only be used in our facilities in Torre Mitikah at Mexico City and it involves working and speaking with U.S. teams.
In this role, you’ll monitor and assist autonomous robots, troubleshoot issues, and provide real-time feedback to enhance system efficiency. You’ll work closely with shift leads, engineers, and team members to ensure smooth operations.
Shift: This role requires flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays, with shifts ranging from 8 AM – 12 AM CST, Monday through Sunday.
