A leading automotive company in Toluca is seeking a District Manager Aftersales. This role focuses on driving sales targets, enhancing customer retention, and supporting dealers to improve performance. Candidates must have a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related fields, English proficiency, and 3+ years of experience in similar positions. This is a Hybrid role: This position requires working 3 days on site and 2 days at home remote on a full‑time basis.
The selected candidate will be required to travel at least 50% or more on a frequent basis.
