A leading automotive manufacturer in Silao, Guanajuato, is seeking a Network Operations Support professional. This role requires a Bachelor’s degree and at least one year of IT experience, especially in network operations (LAN/WAN/Wi-Fi) within a 24/7 manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and the ability to interact in English professionally. This full-time role requires working on site across rotating shifts to ensure operational stability.

Formación

• Available to work rotating shifts on a 4x3 schedule.
• 1 year of IT experience.
• Network Operations Experience (LAN / WAN / Wi-Fi).
• IT experience in 24/7 manufacturing environments.
• Hands-on working style with strong accountability, effective prioritization, and a problem-solving mindset.

Responsabilidades

• Support and operate LAN, WAN, and Wi-Fi network infrastructure.
• Monitor service delivery and overall health of the IT environment.
• Troubleshoot network issues and coordinate incident resolution.
