Job summary
A leading global company in Ciudad de México is seeking a logistics coordinator. This role requires a bachelor's degree in international business and at least 2-3 years of experience in shipment coordination, customs clearance, and knowledge of Incoterms. Candidates must possess advanced English skills and be proficient in Excel. The position offers a hybrid working environment with competitive compensation and excellent benefits.

Responsibilities
- Coordinate shipments with international suppliers and forwarders.
- Handle customs clearance for shipments.
- Manage internal trackers for operational monitoring.

- Coordination of shipments with our international suppliers and forwarders
- Customs clearance of our shipments (consumables and spare parts)
- Maritime, air and land quotes with our forwarders
- Internal tracker management for operational monitoring
- Record keeping for our foreign trade operations
- Knowledge of NOMs and their types
- Knowledge of Incoterms
- Knowledge of customs regulations and laws
- Disciplined and organized
- Sense of urgency
- Excellent attitude and communication skills
- Education: Bachelors degree in international business/international trade or related field.
- Language: Advanced English/80%
- Advanced Excel
- ERP management
- SAP or similar (not required)
- Spanish language proficiency

- Liberación aduanal de nuestros embarques (Consumibles y Refacciones)
- Cotizaciones marítimas aéreas y terrestres con nuestros Forwarders
- Manejo de tracker interno para seguimiento operativo
- Mantenimiento de Record Keeping de nuestras operaciones de Comercio Exterior
- Conocimiento de NOMS y sus tipos
- Conocimiento sobre los Incoterms
- Conocimientos Reglamento y Ley Aduanera
- Disciplinado y organizado
- Con Sentido de Urgencia
- Excelente actitud y comunicación
- Escolaridad: Licenciatura en negocios internacionales / comercio internacional o afín.
- Idioma: Inglés Avanzado / 80%
- Excel avanzado manejo de ERP
- SAP o afín (no necesario)
