Job Description (English)

  • Coordination of shipments with our international suppliers and forwarders
  • Customs clearance of our shipments (consumables and spare parts)
  • Maritime, air and land quotes with our forwarders
  • Internal tracker management for operational monitoring
  • Record keeping for our foreign trade operations
  • Knowledge of NOMs and their types
  • Knowledge of Incoterms
  • Knowledge of customs regulations and laws

Experiencia mínima de 2-3 años

  • Coordinación de embarques con nuestros proveedores internacionales y forwarders
  • Liberación aduanal de nuestros embarques (Consumibles y Refacciones)
  • Cotizaciones marítimas aéreas y terrestres con nuestros Forwarders
  • Manejo de tracker interno para seguimiento operativo
  • Mantenimiento de Record Keeping de nuestras operaciones de Comercio Exterior
  • Conocimiento de NOMS y sus tipos
  • Conocimiento sobre los Incoterms
  • Conocimientos Reglamento y Ley Aduanera

Requisitos
  • Escolaridad: Licenciatura en negocios internacionales / comercio internacional o afín.
