Job Summary
Serves as the initial contact for our sales agencies to assist with products, systems and solutions issues. Takes ownership for assuring that issues are resolved timely and effectively for the customer directly and involving partners in the company for an effective resolution. This position is first and foremost a key frontline service element of Acuity Brands, with emphasis on customer satisfaction, responsiveness, fiscal responsibility, commercial sensitivity and timeliness.
