Formación

• Minimum of 3+ years of professional experience as a security manager in industrial maintenance or Safety Management.
• Strong background in CCTV operation is mandatory.
• Experience in a highly regulated manufacturing environment preferred.
• Must have access control systems experience (Lenel System a plus).
• Effective communication skills in a culturally diverse environment.

Responsabilidades

• Participate in determining safety strategy and compliance processes.
• Administer safety programs including accident investigations.
• Prepare liaison team to interact with safety agencies.
• Manage safety-related vendor contracts and budget.
• Conduct regular safety checks and make recommendations.
