NS Packaging Supervisor
Job summary
A leading packaging company in Santiago de Querétaro is seeking a Supervisor to coordinate the packaging staff tasks, ensuring compliance with procedures and maintaining product integrity throughout the process. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, at least 6 years of supervisory experience, and knowledge of production and quality systems. This position offers rotating shifts and is crucial for meeting customer specifications.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
- At least 6 years of previous experience in a supervisory role.
- Advanced knowledge of production documentation (batch records, CAPAs).
- Previous experience with ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 management systems.
- Strong knowledge of production systems and quality structures.
- Experience in clean rooms (preferred).
- Availability to work rotating shifts.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and verify compliance of packaging staff tasks.
- Ensure activities follow established procedures.
- Confirm packaged products meet customer specifications.
- Maintain product integrity throughout packaging process.
Skills
Education
Gerresheimer Querétaro S.A. in Mexico produces primary glass packaging for pharmaceutical use. Type I glass is produced in clear and amber glass. The broad product range includes ampoules, serum vials, screw thread vials, ready-to-fill syringes and cartridges.
