The Tax Analyst provides operational and analytical support to the Tax Manager, ensuring all tax compliance activities are carried out in strict accordance with applicable laws and corporate policies. This role supports the preparation and review of tax returns, coordinates payments and refunds, and guides interns and administrative staff as needed. The Tax Analyst contributes to the accuracy, timeliness, and integrity of the company’s tax processes and reporting.
3-5 years in the position. Updated and in-depth knowledge of Mexican tax laws (federal, state, and municipal)
Proficiency in tax software, spreadsheets, and SAT digital platforms
Strategic planning skills
Strong communication skills, able to explain complex tax matters clearly and simply (oral and written)
Knowledge of Oracle
Experience in auditing and accounting
Upper intermediate level of English
