Maintenance Tech

Ensure and maintain optimal conditions of production machines and testing equipment by executing corrective, predictive, and preventive maintenance activities, along with improvement projects. Analyze chronic and repetitive problems to eliminate root causes and implement systemic actions to prevent recurrence. A key challenge for a maintenance technician is to analyze and resolve failures in production equipment, collaborating with associates to eliminate root causes and prevent recurrence.

1. Education: Electromechanical Technician
2. Experience: At least 3 years in relevant area
3. English level: Not applicable
4. Knowledge/Skills:
   • Application of mechanics, pneumatic, and electrical control knowledge
   • Mechanical design knowledge
   • Preventive and corrective maintenance knowledge
   • Proficiency in problem-solving technologies
