A leading electrical solutions provider seeks a Production Manager in Ascensión, Chihuahua. You will coordinate supervisors and engineers, ensuring production volume meets safety and quality specifications. Ideal candidates have a degree in Engineering and over five years in manufacturing, preferably with experience in the medical/automotive sectors. Formación

• Master’s degree preferred.
• More than 5 years experience in Manufacturing.
• Extensive knowledge of plastic injection environments, molds, and peripheral equipment.

Responsabilidades

• Responsible for complying with production programs and executing engineering improvements.
• Coordination with service departments like Maintenance and HR.
• Promote operational discipline in the production area.

Conocimientos

Bilingual: Spanish/English

Experience in Manufacturing environments

Knowledge of Plastic, Rubber EPDM or Silicon transformation processes

Analysis of metrics and creation of action plans

Project management

Educación

Professional career completed in Engineering, Manufacturing or related field
