Dirigir la planeación, aprobación e implementación de nuevos equipos de producción complejos, alineados al proceso de desarrollo de producto. Diseñar secuencias de manufactura eficientes, robustas y digitalizadas, asegurando el cumplimiento de estándares técnicos, económicos y de calidad.

• Definir y coordinar métodos de producción considerando tendencias del mercado y requisitos legales.
• Asesorar en el diseño de componentes y procesos para optimizar costos y calidad.
• Planear y gestionar la adquisición de equipos de operación y prueba.
• Evaluar riesgos mediante FMEA y liderar acciones de mejora.
• Participar en auditorías internas y externas, así como en procesos de cambio de ingeniería.
• Liderar equipos técnicos en proyectos de manufactura bajo estándares HELLA (PEP/PMH).
• Colaborar en redes globales y regionales de manufactura.
• Supervisar el desempeño del equipo, incluyendo selección, evaluación y desarrollo de talento.

Lead the planning, approval, and implementation of new and complex production equipment aligned with the product development process. Design efficient, robust, and digitized manufacturing sequences while ensuring compliance with technical, economic, and quality standards.

• Define and coordinate production methods considering market trends and legal requirements.
• Advise on component and process design to optimize cost and quality.
• Plan and manage the procurement of operating and testing equipment.
• Evaluate risks using FMEA and lead improvement actions.
• Participate in internal and external audits and engineering change processes.
• Lead technical teams in manufacturing projects under HELLA standards (PEP/PMH).
• Collaborate in global and regional manufacturing networks.
• Oversee team performance, including hiring, evaluation, and talent development.

• Titulación universitaria en ingeniería o campo relacionado.
• De 5 a 6 años de experiencia en ingeniería de manufactura y gestión de proyectos. Experiencia previa liderando y guiando equipos.
• Conocimiento en procesos de producción, diseño para manufactura, FMEA, MES y herramientas digitales.
• Habilidad para liderar equipos multidisciplinarios y colaborar en entornos globales.

• University degree in engineering or related field.
• 5–6 years of experience in manufacturing engineering and project management. Previous experience leading and guiding teams.
• Knowledge of production processes, design for manufacturing, FMEA, MES, and digital tools.
